Angie Martin has had a lifelong passion for gardening, she is always eager to learn about—and grow—something new.
After her son experienced health challenges as a baby, Angie became increasingly interested in the relationship between food and wellness. She believes that if everyone had access to this level of nourishment it could lead to meaningful improvements in all areas of health.
Angie is equally passionate about people. She enjoys building relationships, hearing others’ perspectives, and finds her greatest fulfillment when she can bring her love of people and plants together.
She holds an associate degree in Occupational Therapy and has applied its principles in a variety of settings. Most recently, her work has included therapeutic horticulture for seniors in memory care, as well as garden-based education in school environments.
Angie is married to her supportive husband and partner, Andre. Together, they are raising three teenagers, along with a dog and several farm animals, on their six-acre farmette. Most days, you’ll find them tending to life around the farm. Her faith plays a central role in her life and continues to guide her journey.
